For all you who thought The Inc. or Rule was down and out, Ja has just released “Atkins File Vol. 1″ via his MySpace page! Full of unreleased material and some joints that my have leaked before. Ja promises a Vol. 2, so we will lace you with that once it drops! Oh yeah, and “The Mirror” is still on the way!
